Cassie founded Castela Bookkeeping in 2011 and takes delight in supporting inspiring, impactful companies by using her accounting expertise with finesse.

She has 12 years of business management and financial strategy experience in several industries: non-profit, film production, trade services, marketing, legal, manufacturing, hospitality, and more.

Castela Bookkeeping currently supports all COMMON Foundation efforts as well as those of more than 20 businesses and organizations nationwide, including Living on One and See Why Projects.

As with all of her clients, Cassie believes that each COMMON Foundation project, program, fund, or related entity understands their financial strategies differently.

She takes particular interest in identifying the ideal form of communication for each effort, aligning operational dynamics, and ensuring all fiduciary responsibilities are met.

Independent, she continuously audits the finances of the Foundation and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal non-profit laws.

For the duration of her professional life, Cassie has bounced back and forth between Australia and Colorado providing a fruitful foundation to study the art of balance.

She is continuously grateful for the blessings that technology brings to a semi-nomadic lifestyle.
